What are your business hours?
Magill grain store is open Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, and Saturday from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm. We are not open on Sundays and public holidays.
I am a private purchaser, can I buy products from you?
Magill grain store is a retail and wholesale distributor and can cater for all your needs from the backyard enthusiast to large bird association and fodder stores.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We are happy to help all customers great and small.
Do you deliver to all areas of South Australia?
We operate a regular schedule of deliveries across metro South Australia and can organize freight to all other areas including interstate. We are also happy to assist you in arranging a delivery with your preferred courier service.
When do I need to put my order in by?
We have retail and wholesale deliveries going out Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, but can accommodate Wednesdays and weekends by request.
Can I order grain and bird seed in bulk bags?
Individual grain varieties can be purchased in 1 tonne bulk bags. Please contact our office for pricing.
Do you have a back-ordering system?
We do not offer back-ordering of stock. Unfortunately if we do not have stock available for your order, you will need to re-order.
Do I have to place an order before pickup?
No. Our friendly staff are able to pick your order while you wait, but for larger wholesale orders it is advisable to place your order beforehand.
